How long will it take before I receive the product?

EU: We estimate orders to arrive within 5-11 days (including design time) from the date of purchase.

USA: We estimate orders to arrive within 1-2 weeks (including design time) from the date of purchase

What is your canvas made of?

  • For the production of our canvas prints we use responsibly sourced wood, mainly FSC certified wood, to ensure a durable and high quality product.
  • We use coated fabric, a blend of cotton and polyester, for our canvas substrate. This makes for a weight of approximately 300-350gsm/110-130lb and a thickness of 350-400 microns giving you a strong and durable product.

How do digital files work and how to print them?

  1. You will receive a file prepared according to your request as an e-mail
  2. Print it out either at home or at a print shop.
  3. Print on "Premium Matte Paper" or canvas for best results

How many pets can I have in a portrait and what types of pets can you illustrate?

You can have a maximum of three pets per portrait. We love all pets and can illustrate any of them, from fish to puppies!

Customer service is perfect

The pictures are beautiful, with great detail on their eyes. I was very satisfied, although I didn't like the way my dog picture turned out. I contacted the company, explained the final product did not look right because I chose the wrong picture, not because they did a bad job. They worked with me to find the right picture and sent me a new framed that was beautiful. They didn't charge me for the new picture, which surprised me.
